Kinetic energy? Just plug into KE = 0.5 * mass * (velocity squared). Get those numbers and crunch 'em!

Easy peasy! Just use the formula KE = 1/2 * m * v^2. Where 'm' is mass and 'v' is velocity.

Honestly, the formula's simple: KE = 1/2 * m * v^2. Multiply the mass by half of the velocity squared. Done.
