Alright, so calling a cab in GTA San Andreas isn't as straightforward as it is in the later GTA games, since you can't just dial a number on your phone. Usually, you gotta find a cab driving around and just hijack it the old-fashioned way. However, there's a mod for PC that lets you call a cab to your location, just like in GTA IV or V. So, if you're on PC, modding is the way to go!

Nah, you can't officially call a cab in GTA San Andreas like in GTA IV or V. Gotta do it the hard way: find one and 'borrow' it.
I've played GTA San Andreas for ages, never once was able to 'call' a cab. Best bet? Just steal one. Adds to the fun, if you ask me.
