How to call Chop in GTA 5 on Xbox
To call Chop in GTA 5 on your Xbox, first make sure you're playing as Franklin. Then, simply press left on the D-Pad to call him over. If he's not busy or doing something else, he should come running to you!

Honestly, just whistle loudly at the screen; maybe Chop will hear you. Kidding! Press left on the D-Pad while you're controlling Franklin. Easy peasy.
Sometimes Chop has a mind of his own, but the official way to call him is to press left on the D-Pad when you're Franklin. Make sure Chop's not on a mission or something though; he won't come if he's busy.
