First things first, you gotta grab yourself a nuclear keycard. You can snag one from downing a Cargobot - those pesky, flying loot pinatas. Then, it's puzzle time! Solve the cipher to get a launch code. Hit up a silo (Bravo, Charlie, or Alpha - take your pick), fight through the security (bring snacks, it's a party), and punch in your code. Boom, you've got yourself a nuke to call in. Choose wisely though; those things don’t tickle.
Just find someone else to do it for you. Seriously, there’s always that one person dying to show off their nuke-launching skills. Save yourself the hassle.
