How to call a taxi in GTA San Andreas on Android
In GTA San Andreas for Android, you can't directly call a taxi like you would in later games like GTA V. However, you can still hail a cab by walking up to one on the street and pressing the 'Enter Vehicle' button when it stops. Taxis are pretty common in the city areas, so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding one!

Just find one on the street, dude. No calling feature in San Andreas; it's old school – you gotta do it the manual way.
GTA San Andreas doesn’t have a taxi calling feature. Walking up to them is your best bet. I remember just standing on the side of the road until one showed up. Classic!
