Go to the Notifications menu ([the bell icon](https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/hardware/ps4/)), find the downloading item, press 'Options' on your controller, then select 'Cancel'. Easy peasy!

From the home screen, head over to 'Notifications', locate your download, hit 'Options', and choose 'Cancel'. You're all set!
