Just keep it simple, folks. Once you request a refund on Steam and change your mind, you're kinda racing against time. If you act fast and the refund hasn't been completed, you can cancel it through your Steam Support page. But if Steam's already put that money back in your account or sent it off to your bank, you're outta luck. So, act quick or forever hold your peace!

Canceling a refund on Steam is pretty straightforward if you change your mind. Just head to the 'Help' section at the top of Steam, click on 'Steam Support', find the purchase you're trying to refund (it should still be in the process if you want to cancel the refund), and you should see an option to cancel the refund request. If you don't find the option, it might mean the refund has already been processed, and in that case, you can't really cancel it.

Good luck canceling a refund on Steam, it's a one-way street. Once it's processing, you might as well say goodbye to that cancel button.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
