Unfortunately, once your SHEIN order has shipped, you can't cancel it. Your best bet is to wait for the package to arrive and then initiate a return through the SHEIN app or website.

Yeah, you can't cancel it once it鈥檚 shipped. Just return it when it gets to you. It's pretty straightforward on their site.

I've been there! Once the order is shipped, you can't cancel it directly. Just receive it and then request a return. Trust me, it's quick and easy!
