Go to your Microsoft account, click on Services & Subscriptions, locate Xbox Live, then hit 'Manage'. Finally, opt to 'Turn off auto-renew'. Boom, done!

To cancel Xbox Live auto-renewal, log into your Microsoft account, head to Services & Subscriptions, find Xbox Live, and select 'Manage'. Then, choose 'Turn off auto-renew' and follow the prompts.
