Open the app store where you subscribed (Apple or Google), go to subscriptions, find Bingo Blitz Elite & cancel it. Done and done!

To cancel your Elite subscription on Bingo Blitz, go to your app store account settings (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and find the subscription under 'Subscriptions' or 'Manage Subscriptions'. Then just hit 'Cancel Subscription'. Easy peasy!
