If you’re on PC, launch Fortnite, go to the Item Shop, scroll to the bottom, and click 'Cancel Subscription.' Easy peasy!

I had to cancel mine last month. On my iPhone, I went into Settings, tapped my name, then Subscriptions, and canceled Fortnite Crew. Super smooth!
