Canceling Game Pass is a breeze. Log into your Microsoft account online, select Services & subscriptions, find Game Pass, and cancel it. That’s it.

If you want to cancel your Game Pass directly from your Xbox One, head to Settings > Account > Subscriptions. Pick Xbox Game Pass, then select Cancel Subscription. Simple as that!

From my experience, it's best done on the Microsoft account page. Go to Services & Subscriptions, find the Game Pass, and hit Cancel. Took me 2 minutes.
