You can cancel Minecraft Realms on your PS4 by going to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > PlayStation Subscriptions, then find Minecraft Realms and choose 'Turn Off Auto-Renew.' Easy peasy!

Log in to your PlayStation account on a web browser, head to 'Subscription Management,' find Minecraft Realms, and cancel it from there. It's pretty straightforward.
