I just did it last week! Press the Home button on your Roku remote, go to Streaming Channels, find Netflix, press the * button, and then select 'Manage Subscription'. Follow the prompts and you're good to go!
You don't need the Roku device to do this. Go to netflix.com, login, and cancel from 'Account Settings'. Simpler.
Easy peasy! Just open Netflix on your Roku, go to the left-hand menu, scroll down to 'Get Help', and then select 'Manage Account'. Follow the cancellation steps from there. Done and dusted!
