You can easily cancel PlayStation Plus through the PlayStation Store: go to your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal. Done!

If you want to cancel a PlayStation Plus subscription, just go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > PlayStation Subscriptions and select your subscription to cancel it.
