In my experience, it's best to just use the PlayStation app. Navigate to the PlayStation Store, find 'Subscription Management', and turn off auto-renew for PS Plus!

Alright, canceling PS Plus using the app is pretty straightforward! Just open the PlayStation app, go to the PlayStation Store, and click on the menu. Then, go to 'Subscription Management' and select 'PlayStation Plus'. Finally, hit 'Turn Off Auto-Renew' – and you’re done!
