You can actually cancel it through a web browser too! Just log into your Sony account on the PlayStation website, go to the subscription section, and deactivate the auto-renewal for PS Plus.

Head over to your account settings on the PS Vita, tap on 'PlayStation Network', then 'Account Information', and finally 'Services List'. Find the PlayStation Plus membership and hit 'Cancel Automatic Renewal'. Boom, you're done!
