Just head to Settings on your PS4, then Account Management, Account Information, and finally PlayStation Subscriptions. Find your PS Plus trial and turn off auto-renewal.

To cancel your PlayStation Plus trial on PS4, go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > PlayStation Subscriptions. Select your PS Plus subscription and choose the 'Turn Off Auto-Renew' option. Easy peasy!
