Easy peasy! Go to Steam > Settings > Account Details. Scroll down until you see 'Manage Subscriptions.' Hit that, and you'll see a list of your current subscriptions. Click the one you wanna cancel, and look for the 'Cancel Subscription' option. Bam! Done.
