It's super easy! Just go to Settings -> Account Management -> Account Information -> PlayStation Subscriptions. Select PlayStation Plus and hit Cancel Subscription. Done!

Log in to PlayStation's website, go to your subscription settings, find PlayStation Plus, and click 'Turn Off Auto-Renew'.
