To cancel your Xbox Live subscription, just head over to your Xbox console, go to the settings, then account, and you'll see an option for 'Subscriptions'. From there, find your Xbox Live subscription and follow the prompts to cancel. Easy peasy!

Log into your Microsoft account via a web browser, navigate to 'Services & subscriptions', find your Xbox Live subscription, and select 'Manage'. There you should see the option to cancel. Took me two minutes tops!
