Capping your FPS in Apex Legends is super straightforward! First, open the Origin or EA app, then go to 'My Game Library', right-click on Apex Legends, and select 'Game Properties'. Hit the 'Advanced Launch Options' and in the 'Command Line Arguments' box, type in +fps_max followed by the max number of FPS you want. For example, +fps_max 60 caps it at 60 FPS. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!

Honestly, just turn on V-Sync in the game settings. It automatically caps your FPS to match your monitor's refresh rate. No need to mess with launch options.

Nah, don't cap your FPS; higher is always better. More frames = smoother gameplay. Let it run wild!

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
