To capture a ship in Starfield, you need to disable its engines in space combat, then board the ship and eliminate its crew. Once you've taken care of them, you can claim the ship as yours!

Capturing ships in Starfield is super rewarding! First, weaken the ship's engines using your weapons during space combat. Once disabled, fly close and execute a boarding maneuver. After that, it's just you, the enemy crew, and your trusty blaster. Clear them out, and the ship is yours. Trust me, nothing beats the feeling of piloting a ship you've earned in the heat of battle!
