I've caught Duskit myself, and the trick is to lower its HP as much as possible without knocking it out. Stock up on Ace Disks just in case!
Get to Gale Forest, weaken Duskit, and toss those capture disks. Boom, Duskit's yours!
Honestly, patience is key. Just keep looking in Gale Forest and you'll find it eventually.
