Casting Alohomora in Hogwarts Legacy is all about getting your hands on the Alohomora spell first! You gotta progress a bit through the game until you hit a specific quest that gifts you this handy spell for unlocking doors. Once you've got it, approach a lock, and you'll get a prompt to cast it. Sometimes you need to solve a little puzzle, turning your controller or keys to align the tumblers. Feel like a real wizard cracking a lock!

You can't just cast Alohomora from the start, nope. You need to earn it by playing through the game. So, step one: play the game. Step two: get to the part where they teach you Alohomora. Step three: find a locked door and go crazy with your new spell.
