Catching a horse in Tears of the Kingdom is almost like making a new friend, but sneaky-like. First, you gotta find yourself a horse. Look around in grassy areas or near water, that's where they like to hang out. Now, the trick is to approach them without being seen. Crouch down and sneak up on them. When you're close enough, a prompt to mount will show up, hit that button and hold on! You might need to soothe the horse by pressing the soothe button (usually the L button) to calm it down and make it yours. Remember, some horses are easier to tame than others, so if you're having a tough time, maybe look for a gentler looking steed.

Nah, horses are overrated. Get yourself one of those ancient bikes you unlock later in the game. Way cooler.

tl;dr - sneak up, press mount, soothe it. Boom, you're a horse whisperer.

If you're a Legend of Zelda player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
