Catching a sea creature in Animal Crossing is pretty chill! First thing, you gotta have a wetsuit. You can buy one from Nook's Cranny or the cabinet in the Resident Services. Once you're suited up, just head over to the ocean and press 'A' to dive in. Swim around until you see bubbles coming up from the shadows in the water. Swim over to the bubbles and press 'A' again to dive underwater. Move towards the shadow, and voila, you’ve caught yourself a sea creature! Remember, some critters move, so you might have to chase them a bit!

Just dive where you see bubbles. If it runs, chase it.

Honestly, it's all about patience. I spent like, an hour once chasing after this super speedy sea creature. Turns out, it was just a sea star, but man, felt like I won a marathon. So yeah, dive in, chase the bubbles, and be ready for a mini underwater adventure!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
