Catching a tarantula in Animal Crossing: New Leaf can be a heart-pounding adventure! These critters only appear between 7 PM and 4 AM from June to August. Make sure your pockets aren't full so you can equip your net at a moment's notice. When you spot one, approach it slowly by holding the A button to creep up, then release when you're close enough to catch it. If you're too fast, it'll attack and you'll faint, so patience is key!

lol just run at it with your net swinging. Works sometimes. ? But seriously, you gotta sneak up on them or they'll knock you out before you know it. Best of luck!

Honestly, tarantula hunting is overrated. Spend your time fishing or catching beetles. Less stress, more bells.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
