Catching a walking stick in Animal Crossing is all about timing and patience! First, you gotta know when they show up - they're available from July to November (Northern Hemisphere), or January to May (Southern Hemisphere). They're most active between 4 am - 8 am and 5 pm - 7 pm. Then, you gotta sneak up on them real slow-like with your net, because these buggers blend right in with the trees and can be easy to miss. Good luck!

Honestly, just walk VERY slowly around trees during their active hours. It's how I snagged mine!

Everyone's going on about patience and timing, but here's a hot take: just shake every tree you see and run around like a headless chicken. Worked for me eventually. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
