Catching a centipede in Animal Crossing isn't too hard once you know when and where to look! You gotta swing your net by hitting rocks. Yes, those same rocks you hit for bells and materials. Centipedes can appear when you whack rocks with your shovel or axe. Remember, they only come out between 4pm and 11pm! Make sure you're quick, or it'll disappear.

Pro tip: To catch a centipede, empty your pockets of everything except your net and tools. This way, when you hit the rocks, you have to do less running around. Basically, hit rocks, have your net ready, and swing as soon as you see that creepy crawler!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
