Catching falling stars in Animal Crossing is pretty magical! Wait for a clear night when Celeste visits your island; she'll hint at a meteor shower. Then, look up at the sky with an empty hand (no tools equipped) and press 'A' when you see a star. Voila, wish made! The next day, you'll find star fragments on your beaches. Perfect for crafting!

You just gotta wait for a night when the stars are shooting. Make sure you're not holding anything, look up and spam 'A' when you see them. Easy peasy star fragments the next day to find on the beach.

Honestly, it's overrated. Just hit rocks and fish, much better use of time.

Can confirm the magic of wishing on stars on my island. After my first meteor shower, I collected so many star fragments the next day. Crafted some neat wands and furniture. Look up and press 'A'鈥攖hat鈥檚 it. Make sure no tools in hand!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
