I've caught dozens of Kuakas. You need that Tranq Rifle from Fortuna, then walk slowly, look for movement in the grass, and take your shot. Patience is key. Good luck!
Catching a Kuaka in Warframe is like playing hide and seek with a really fast mouse! Equip a Tranq Rifle from the Business in Fortuna, sneak up to them (crouch helps), and shoot them when you get the chance. Happy hunting!
