You can catch Stover in Warframe by using the Tranq Rifle while on the Plains of Eidolon. Just equip the rifle in your gear wheel, find a Stover, and hit it with a tranquilizer dart from a distance.

Use the Tranq Rifle in the Orb Vallis. Spot a Stover, aim carefully, and shoot. Boom, you’ve got yourself a Stover.

Honestly, catching Stover is kinda annoying. Just aim your Tranq Rifle and shoot, not much to it.

Unlock conservation missions in the Orb Vallis and equip a Tranq Rifle. Then, sneak up on a Stover (they're usually chilling out) and shoot with the Tranq Rifle. Easy-peasy!
