To catch Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres, participate in 5-star raids when they are featured as raid bosses. Bring a strong team of rock or electric types!

Look for special events or research tasks that Niantic occasionally offers. Sometimes they make the legendary birds available this way too.

I've caught all three during special raid weeks. Check the in-game news and join local Pokémon GO groups for raid coordination!

Honestly, your best bet: wait for a special event or raid rotation. Niantic loves to recycle these legendaries.

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
