You can't change it if you haven't waited the required 7 days from the last change. Just follow the regular process after that.
Simple! Just head to your account settings by clicking the gear icon, select 'Account Info,' and then hit the pencil icon next to 'Display Name.' Type your new display name and save it. Done!
