From my experience, changing a card means trading with friends or using online platforms to swap. I've had good luck offering up trades on social media groups dedicated to PTCG. Always make sure to trade fairly, considering the condition and rarity of the cards!
Hot take: Just buy new packs. Why bother changing when you can open the thrill of a new pack and find exactly what you want? Plus, you get that new card smell.
