Sadly, you can't directly change a Sim's gender in The Sims FreePlay. Your best bet is to delete the Sim and create a new one with your preferred gender.

Just delete the Sim and make a new one. It works, but it's a bit like hitting the reset button!

I tried fiddling with every option, but there's no gender change feature in FreePlay. Had to start fresh with a new Sim.

Yeah, no way to switch genders in FreePlay. Just gotta create a new Sim. Bit of a bummer!
