Unfortunately, there's no option to rename towns in BitLife. You just gotta roll with whatever the game decides.
From my experience playing BitLife, you can't change the town name. You can, however, move to a different place if you don't like your current town's name.
Hot take: Who cares about the town name? Focus on becoming a millionaire or a rockstar instead!
