To change abilities on your Warframe, you'll need to use the Helminth system in the Helminth room of your Orbiter. You'll unlock this feature after completing the 'Heart of Deimos' quest. Just feed the Helminth your Warframes to infuse or replace abilities!

You can't just swap abilities like swapping weapons! Use the Helminth system on your Orbiter to infuse or replace Warframe abilities. It's unlocked after 'Heart of Deimos' quest.
