How to Change Ability in Warframe
You can't directly change the base abilities of a Warframe, but you can use the Helminth system to replace one ability with another! Just feed your Warframe to the Helminth.

Abilities are fixed to the Warframe. But you can use the Helminth in your ship to swap out one ability for another from a different Warframe. Don't worry, it's not as gross as it sounds... okay, maybe a little.
You can't change abilities per se, but you can juice them up with mods. Think of them like sprinkles on your Warframe sundae.
