You can't actually change your age directly in Fortnite. You have to change it on your Epic Games account. Just head to the Epic Games website, log in, and then go to 'Account Settings' to update your age.

I've done this before! Just go to the Epic Games site, log in, and hit up the 'Personal Info' on your account settings. You can update your age there.
