You can't directly change your age on a PS5 account, but you can create a new account with the correct age. If you need parental controls adjusted, have the family manager do it through the Family Management settings.

Just make a new account if you really need to. No point in jumping through hoops.

From my experience, the only option is creating a new account. It's a bit of a hassle, but it's the only surefire way!

Unfortunately, there's no official way to change the birthdate on a PSN account after setup. Your best bet is to create a new account with the correct birthdate.
