You can change your age on your Xbox account by signing into your Microsoft account, navigating to 'Your Info', and then selecting 'Edit Date of Birth'. If you're under 18, you'll need a parent to do this for you.

Changing the age on an Xbox account isn't straightforward. Go to account.microsoft.com, sign in, and find 'Your Info'. From there, you can edit your birthdate, but if it鈥檚 a child account, you'll need a parent to help out.

Sorry, but you can't directly change the age on an Xbox account if it's tied to a child account. Your best bet is making a new account with the correct age.
