If you want to see different stuff, engage with different stuff! Insta's algorithm learns from what you interact with. So mix it up!
Just follow new accounts, unfollow ones you're not interested in anymore, and use the explore page. Easy peasy.
From my experience, liking and commenting on posts you genuinely enjoy will signal the algorithm to show more of that type of content. It worked for me!
