You just gotta leave your current alliance from the Alliance menu and then find a new one to join.

Just go to the Alliance tab, hit 'Leave,' and find a new crew to join. Easy peasy!

I've switched alliances a few times. Just leave your current one from the Alliance menu, then search and apply to a new one. Make sure to say hi when you join!
