To change your appearance in GTA 5 Online, it's pretty simple! Just hit the pause menu, navigate to the 'Online' tab, and select 'Swap Character'. If ya got the cash, you can choose to change your character's appearance right there. Be warned though, it ain't free, so make sure your virtual wallet is well-stocked!
Don't bother changing your appearance. Embrace the rugged looks your character was born with!
Actually did this the other day! Had to cough up $100k in game currency, but totally worth it. Just go to the Online tab and choose 'Swap Character'. You'll get the option to edit your appearance. Feels like a new game afterwards!
