You can change the audio files in TF2 by replacing the existing sound files in the game's directory with your custom files, but make sure they have the same names as the originals.

I did this last week! Just drop your custom sound files into the tf/custom folder, keeping the same file paths as the originals. Voil脿, new sounds!

Download the custom sounds you want and place them in the tf/sound folder, then use the exact same file names as the files you are replacing!

Changing audio files is easy. Just go to Steamapps > common > Team Fortress 2 > tf > sound, and replace them with yours.
