Just head over to the Wardrobe, select your baby Sim, and voila, you can change their outfit there! Easy peasy!

I've switched my baby Sim's outfits by going to the Wardrobe. Select the baby and choose the 'Browse Clothes' option. It鈥檚 straightforward!

You can change baby clothes by clicking on the dresser in the baby's room. Then, select 'Browse Clothes' and pick a new outfit.

Honestly, baby clothes in Sims Freeplay can't be changed like adult Sims. Sorry!
