Hold your breath and dive close to the beacon; just right-click and rename it from the menu. Good times underwater!

Just swim close to the beacon, click on it to interact, and you'll see the option to change its name. Simple as that!

When you swim up to your beacon, click on it and the renaming option will appear. Type your new name, and voila!
