Honestly, just go into 'Settings' -> 'Account' -> 'Personal Information' to update your birthday, if it's not working, they might want to keep us young forever lol.
Why change it? Celebrate again!
Go to your profile, tap 'Edit Profile', and scroll to 'Birthday' to update it. Remember, you can only change it a few times!
